The clutch slave cylinder, which is a hydraulic system, is a system that facilitates the use of pedals and makes them efficient. If a clutch slave cylinder is added to the vehicle system, the connection between the hydraulic system and the clutch is made with a release bearing or clutch fork.

Due to the pressure of the fluid pumped by the clutch master cylinder, the clutch bearing cylinder moves the clutch disc in contact with the flywheel to allow gear shifting. It is made of steel, cast iron, aluminum or plastic.

The brake master cylinder converts the physical pressure applied to the brake pedal into hydraulic pressure compression and moves fluid through the channels to wheel cylinders (whose pistons expand to push the brake shoes against the drum) or brake calipers (the pistons push the pads against disc) Brake pump can be single-stage or two-stage. It is made of cast iron or aluminum.

Brake pads are a component of disc brakes used in automotive. Brake pads are steel backing plates with friction material bound to the surface that faces the disc brake rotor. Brake pads convert the kinetic energy of the car to thermal energy by friction. Two brake pads are contained in the brake caliper with their friction surfaces facing the rotor. When the brakes are hydraulically applied, the caliper clamps the two pads together into the spinning rotor to slow/stop the vehicle. When a brake pad is heated by contact with a rotor, it transfers small amounts of friction material to the disc, turning it dull gray.

The brake disc is the component of a disc brake against which the brake pads are applied. The material is typically grey iron, a form of cast iron. The design of the disc varies somewhat. Some are simply solid, but others are hollowed out with fins or vanes joining together the disc’s two contact surfaces (usually included as part of a casting process). The weight and power of the vehicle determines the need for ventilated discs and its “ventilated” disc design helps to dissipate the generated heat.

The brake cylinder is the part that converts the force applied by the driver to the brake pedal into hydraulic pressure and sends it to the wheel brake mechanisms. The hydraulic pressure created in the brake master cylinder is sent to the calipers in disc brakes and to the brake cylinder in drum brakes
